February Breathwork Series
How we breathe is how we live
Are you wanting to connect deeper with your body and release stored trauma in your being? If you feel like talk therapy has only gotten you so far, and you are seeking more......breathwork is a profound modality to get you out of your head and into your body.
This will be a beautiful month long breathwork series with 5 sessions in the month of February.
The intention is to build community with the same group of people each week, and feel into the compounding effects of weekly breathwork in a group.
Where: Third Space Movement Treehouse Studio 721 Kings Road
When: February 1st-29th Thursday Evenings 6-8:30pm
Investment: One payment of $425 CAD or two monthly payments of $235 CAD
There is only space for 8 people, so be sure to secure your spot and register early. Registration closes on January 28th.
