​I always book a 15 min intro zoom chat with new clients, so we make sure we are a good fit.

Online sessions & Intro calls are all held through zoom, but can be done on the phone if needed.
​Please make sure you have a solid internet connection & a quiet private space to do the session in. 

Online Breathwork sessions are only available to those who have done an in person breathwork session with either myself or another certified breathwork practitioner.

1:1 Counselling 1hr Session: $145

1:1 Counselling 1.5hr Session: $175

2:1 Couples Counselling Session 1hr: $210

2:1 Couples Counselling Session 1.5hr: $260

1:1 Breathwork 1.5hrs: $180

Private Breathwork with a Group (3 people or more) 2hrs: $90/person

2:1 Breathwork Couples Session: $310

1:1 Online Breathwork Session: $150

Sound Healing Sessions:

Couple's or Friends (2 max): $280
