I always book a 20 min intro zoom chat with new clients, so we make sure we are a good fit.

Book an Online or in Person Session:
Online sessions & Intro calls are all held through zoom, but can be done on the phone if needed.
Please make sure you have a solid internet connection & a quiet private space to do the session in.
In person sessions are held at my office in Fernwood: 1310 Gladstone Ave
Ecotherapy sessions are held outside in Victoria, currently near beacon hill & dallas road.
Online Breathwork sessions are only available to those who have done an in person breathwork session with either myself or another certified breathwork practitioner.

1:1 Breathwork 2 hrs: $225
Private Breathwork with a Group (3 people or more) 2hrs: $90/person
2:1 Breathwork Couples Session 2.25 hrs: $375
1:1 Online Breathwork Session 2hrs : $170
Sound Healing Sessions:
Private: $195
Couple's or Friends (2 max): $280
Group (3 people max 7): $350

Soma Sesh: $175

Payment Plans
Each month I am now taking on two new clients per month that will be on a payment plan system. This applies to counselling & breathwork.
This payment plan system splits the cost of the session into two, and is spaced out into a bi-weekly payment. The first payment will be charged to your card day of the session, and then second payment is charged to your card two weeks after. Please note GST is still added to the amount. This payment is interest free, meaning no extra charge will be added to the second payment.
I acknowledge that spacing payments out makes therapy more accessible and affordable for people.
