Sound Healing is proving to extremely powerful to help heal down to a cellular level. The frequencies emitted by sound healing instruments, help to graciously guide the body back into a more harmonious state. They help to shift the brain wave state, and allow the nervous system to go into a parasympathetic state. It is in this state that our system is really about to heal & regenerate.
There are many science based studies showing that using sound as a healing tool is effective and powerful. We are in a VERY exciting time right now of using specific frequencies as medicine.

My style
I work with seven quartz crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, a shruti box, bells, and other instruments.
I work with sound on a somatic level, and intermingle my somatic therapy trainings into the sessions. This is to intentionally help the sound move deeper into your body & create new shifts in the being.
