Sound Healing
Sound Healing is proving to extremely powerful to help heal down to a cellular level. The frequencies emitted by sound healing instruments, help to graciously guide the body back into a more harmonious state.

Einstein said, "Future Medicine will be the Medicine of Frequencies."
I work with seven quartz crystal bowls, one for each energy center of the body. I also work other instruments such as a shruti box, chimes, my voice and a rattle.
I work with sound on a somatic level, and intermingle my somatic therapy trainings into the sessions. This is to intentionally help the sound move deeper into your body & create new shifts in the being.
Sound baths are a beautiful way to melt away the intensities of life, move dense energy, connect with your breath, and find a sense of peace.
The sound sessions are held in person in Victoria BC Canada.
