Some ideas for the colder months: Drink warm beverages Get more sleep Create a routine Eat nourishing meals with seasonal vegetables Make sure to make time to connect with friends Enjoy daylight hours when you can Find hobbies that don't involve as much screen use Be patient with yourself Make sure to continue to connect with nature Plant seeds for what you want to blossom in the spring time
