Working intentionally with plant medicine as a way to connect with your body can be a powerful tool for healing.
Since doing macro doses and large journeys can be quite a process and commitment. Working with plant medicine on a more subtle level is potentially a more sustainable way. Microdosing can be done with your medicine of choice, and you can play around with dosage to find one that works right for you. Remember, each day your body is different, and sometimes it can react in a different way even with the same dose. A beautiful way of working with plant medicine is really connecting initially with the spirit of the plant you are working with, and asking it to support you on your healing journey. By having an intention with the plant, you fortify your connection, and thus potentially amplify your healing. Plant medicine has a magical way of bringing up sensations in the body that otherwise we may ignore or numb out. Using plant medicine as an ally to help you connect deeper with your body can be a powerful tool.
